It is one soap, and the three jobs were never chemically different.
Fragrance sits near the top of the list dermatology keeps of contact allergens, and the unscented version leaves it out. The bottle is a concentrate, so it dilutes several times over before it is used, which is most of where the price advantage comes from. The fair-trade supply chain is on the label and audited, which is rarer than it should be.
It curdles in hard water and leaves a film. It is a poor floor cleaner: Sal Suds is the one for floors, and that is a detergent rather than a soap, so the short ingredient list argument does not carry over to it.
